Job Position: WordPress Developer

Job Location: Tirana, Albania

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to: VP of Software Engineering

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of PHP and WordPress
• Experienced with AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Fully responsive website development
• WordPress theme and plugin development
• Experience creating complex SQL queries to pull specific data
• Knowledge/Experience with Agile
• Knowledge/Experience with git

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cloud based Highly Available and Scalable WordPress applications.
• Optimize themes and plugins to reach high performance metrics.
• Optimize page experience, including mobile friendliness and core web vitals.
• SEO optimization and content management
• Work as an integral member of an Agile team through participating in technical discussions, planning and blameless retrospectives.
