MARITIME DEFENCE FORCE (“MDF”), is actively recruiting experienced Albanian onboard armed security personnel to join our team. Interested candidates should possess the below documentation and qualifications in order to be considered for employment and enrolment in our pre-deployment screening which is scheduled to begin on August 2020. Required Documentation • Minimum 2 Years Military or Police operational Experience with proof of service and honorable discharge • Passport (minimum one-year validity) • Seaman Book (minimum one-year validity) • Certificates Marine • STCW2010 (PST, PSSR, First Aid, Fire Fighting) • SSO/CSO/PDSD Fire Arms Competency • Police clearance (Clean CRB) • Medicals - Seafarers Medical (ENG1) - Drug & Alcohol Screening - Sound Mental Health Clearance - Yellow Fever Book (minimum one-year validity) • English Language Proficiency is required (Verbal, Written, Comprehension) Required Fitness Physical fitness is a necessity when working with MDF, all candidates will be tested in person on the following criteria: • 3 km run – 17 minutes • 400 m run – 1 min, 25 sec • 40 pushups – 2 min • 68 sit-ups – 2 min • 40 squats – 1 min • 6 pull ups MDF offers Long-Term Stable employment and minimum 4 month continuous deployment with renewable contracts after 6 weeks’ vacation.
