3D Developer for XR

Position: 3D Developer
Location: Tirana, Albania
Terms: Full-Time
Reports to: Director XR Products

Primary Focus:
At ICOM our 3D Artists are responsible for creating 3D visuals focused on the client’s content needs with a balance between quality and productivity. They need to collaborate with Project Managers, Instructional Designers, Videographers, Content and Interactive Developers. Lastly they must drive ICOM’s goals of excellence in education while pursuing new technologies.

Accountabilities:
● Create innovative learning solutions focused on the learner’s experience
● Collaborate and partner with employees across organizational boundaries
● Ensure consistent style and quality of 3D visuals throughout their work
● Ensure all client deadlines and timelines are met
● Apply 3D Studio Max and other media to transform the learning objects established in the design document
● Raising the bar by researching and implementing innovative 3D techniques and features
● Drive excellence in learning by embracing and living the ICOM Experience values

Desired Qualifications:
● 6 years of related education and experience
● Strong execution skills – ability to get the job done from start to finish
● Excellent communication skills
● Decent problem solving and analytical skills
● Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
● Ability to adapt visual detail to ensure deadlines of a project while still maintaining clean professional visuals
● Fluent in 3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop
● Familiarity with After Effects and Unreal Engine 4
● Work independently and collaboratively with little supervision
● Strong design portfolio with 3D visualization
● Degree or Certificate in New Media or equivalent
